The story behind the bottle.
Big Pony 4 for Women, launched by Ralph Lauren in 2012 and created by perfumer Olivier Guillotin, is an oriental fragrance that balances sweet and fruity accords with woody warmth. The composition opens with the vibrant freshness of black currant and blood orange, giving way to a heart of cherry and magnolia that adds a touch of floral sweetness. The base notes of amber, cedar, and sylkolide create a warm, slightly animalic finish that lingers softly on the skin.
Apply two sprays for a balanced blend. The top notes are bright but fade within an hour, so reapply if you want that initial burst of freshness to last longer. The warm base notes will carry through the day.
