Who Wears It
The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 1963 by Robert Piguet, Cravache is a fragrance that captures the essence of an aromatic and earthy journey. Created by perfumer Aurélien Guichard, it opens with bright citrus notes from petitgrain, mandarin orange, and lemon, providing a fresh and invigorating start. As the composition evolves, lavender and clary sage introduce a subtle spiciness and green freshness, while nutmeg adds warmth. The base notes of patchouli and vetiver ground the scent with an earthy, woody depth that lingers throughout the day.
Apply lightly as the initial citrus notes are bright but fade quickly. The base of patchouli and vetiver develops over time, so a light touch ensures it doesn't overpower. Ideal for daytime wear when you want a scent that evolves with your surroundings.
