Pierre de Velay No. 11 by Roja Dove was launched in 2019, and it stands as an ode to complexity and balance. The fragrance opens with a bright burst of citruses and lemon, which quickly gives way to the soft florals of rose de mai and jasmine. At its heart, orris root and cedar create an earthy warmth that is both comforting and intriguing. As the composition settles into its base notes, patchouli and musk mingle with vetiver and vanilla, crafting a deep and enveloping finish.
Apply this fragrance in thin layers; it blooms gradually over time. The citruses and lemon are vibrant but fleeting, while the base notes will develop richly throughout the day. It pairs well with a light jacket for added longevity.
