Roja Dove launched Semi-Bespoke No. 7 in 2005 as a sophisticated chypre fragrance for both men and women. The composition opens with lavender and petitgrain, providing a fresh aromatic top note that transitions smoothly into the heart of rose de mai and geranium. This floral center is balanced by warm spices like patchouli and incense, leading to an amber-rich base layered with musk and civetta for depth and warmth.
Semi-Bespoke No. 7 is a fragrance caught between two ideas: it offers the crispness of lavender and citrus but balances this freshness with the rich, smoky warmth of its base notes. It’s a scent that feels both modern and lasting.
This fragrance blooms gradually, so a single spray to each wrist is enough. The top notes are bright but dissipate within an hour, making way for the deeper layers that last through the day. It’s best experienced close to skin rather than in wide sillage.
