The story behind the bottle.
Daim Blond by Serge Lutens was launched in 2004 and crafted by perfumer Christopher Sheldrake. This chypre floral composition opens with powdery, musky notes that create an enveloping warmth, before giving way to a heart of fruity and iris accords. The base combines floral and lactonic elements with subtle sweetness, resulting in a scent that feels both classic and modern, unisex yet deeply personal.
Apply this fragrance with two sprays for a balanced wear. The powdery top notes are immediate but the lactonic base takes about an hour to fully bloom, so give it time to develop on your skin. It works best in cooler weather when its warmth is most appreciated.
