The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2016 by Sospiro Perfumes and crafted by Chris Maurice, Ouverture is a Floral Fruity fragrance that balances brightness with warmth. The composition opens with the zesty freshness of orange, which contrasts beautifully against the rich cinnamon notes and fig leaf's subtle greenness. As it develops, magnolia and ylang-ylang add floral depth, while Bulgarian rose and Indian jasmine create an enveloping sweetness. The base notes of amber, vanilla, cashmere wood, sandalwood, and incense provide a grounding warmth that lingers long after the initial burst of citrus.
Ouverture's top notes are particularly bright and fleeting, so apply two sprays initially. The fragrance builds warmth over time, making it ideal for daytime to evening wear. Its spicy and woody base notes ensure longevity, but the initial freshness may fade within an hour.
