The story behind the bottle.
Al Sahra by The Different Company was launched in 2020, crafted by perfumer Émilie Coppermann to evoke the essence of a desert landscape at dusk. This fragrance opens with mineral and salty notes that capture the dry, earthy air before giving way to a heart of white violet and lily. The base is smoky and warm, featuring cinnamon, incense, labdanum, sandalwood, and patchouli, which evoke the deep richness of the desert night.
This fragrance blooms slowly, so a heavier initial application helps capture its full complexity. It works best in cooler settings where its warm and spicy base notes can truly come into their own.
