Launched in 2007, Black Orchid Voile de Fleur by Tom Ford is an Oriental Floral fragrance that captures the essence of refined elegance. Perfumer David Apel crafted a composition where ylang-ylang and gardenia create a lush floral bouquet, while black currant and plum add a touch of fruity sweetness. The base notes of vanilla, patchouli, sandalwood, and cinnamon bring warmth and depth, grounding the fragrance in rich, enveloping spiciness.
Apply this fragrance to pulse points for warmth and depth. The fruity top notes dissipate within an hour, making way for the rich base notes to emerge fully after two hours. It pairs beautifully with evening wear and intimate settings.
