Who Wears It
The story behind the bottle.
Freedom by Tommy Hilfiger was launched in 2012, crafted by perfumers Rodrigo Flores-Roux, Marypierre Julien, and Yann Vasnier. This Woody Aromatic fragrance opens with a fresh blend of green leaves and basil, creating an immediate sense of clarity and renewal. The heart notes introduce a subtle spiciness from white pepper and ginger, while violet adds a touch of softness. The base layers in driftwood and sandalwood for a grounding effect that echoes the brand's commitment to lasting elegance.
One to two sprays on pulse points is enough — the green and aromatic top notes are bright but fleeting. The woodsy base notes develop slowly over time, so give it an hour before reapplying if you want a more pronounced effect.
