Sea salt is doing unusual work in this one — instead of the usual generic ozonic haze, it reads more like the mineral tang you get standing near actual water, cutting through what would otherwise be a straightforwardly sweet melon-and-grapefruit sorbet opening. Neroli and sand lily keep the middle light and a little green, while sandalwood and cedar underneath give it just enough structure to avoid tasting purely of fruit punch.
This fresh, fruity composition sits close to the skin and fades within a few hours, so reapply after lunch if you want it to carry into the evening. It works best sprayed on pulse points rather than clothing, since the sea salt and citrus need body warmth to read clearly.
