Gentleman Eau de Toilette Intense by Givenchy was launched in 2021 and crafted by the perfumers Nathalie Lorson and Olivier Cresp. This fragrance opens with a vibrant blend of cardamom, basil, and bergamot that cuts through the air with freshness and energy. The heart of iris and cypress brings depth and a subtle earthiness, while coumarin and cedar anchor it in warmth and powdery sophistication. The composition is a study in contrast, balancing bright spiciness against woody richness to create an olfactory portrait of modern elegance.
This fragrance is best applied in moderation — one or two sprays allow it to build naturally on the skin. The fresh spicy top notes are most noticeable initially but gradually give way to the warm base notes over time.
