HeartThe Soul
The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 1992 by Versace, Versus Donna is an Oriental Floral fragrance that captures the essence of femininity and elegance with its complex blend of fruity, powdery, and floral notes. The composition opens with vibrant raspberry and plum, punctuated by aldehydes for a fresh, modern edge. At its heart, violet and rose offer a delicate balance, while tuberose and jasmine add layers of depth and sophistication. The base notes of sandalwood, amber, and vanilla create a warm, enveloping finish that lingers on the skin.
Versus Donna is best applied to pulse points for a warm embrace throughout the day. The aldehydes in the top notes will dissipate within an hour, so reapply if you want to maintain that fresh edge. The powdery and woody base notes continue to evolve on skin for hours.
