Launched in 2022 by Yves Saint Laurent and crafted by perfumers Dominique Ropion and Claire Liégent, Babycat is a captivating Oriental Spicy fragrance for both women and men. The composition opens with the fresh spiciness of black pepper and pink pepper, which contrasts beautifully against the earthy warmth of elemi and olibanum. As it develops, saffron adds an unexpected depth before settling into a rich base of bourbon vanilla, suede, and cedar. This blend creates a warm, comforting scent that feels both familiar and intriguing.
