The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2002, M7 by Yves Saint Laurent was created by the esteemed perfumers Alberto Morillas and Jacques Cavallier Belletrud. This Oriental Woody fragrance opens with a vibrant citrus-aromatic accord, featuring mandarin orange and bergamot, which give way to a heart of rosemary and agarwood (oud). The base notes of vetiver, amber, musk, and powdery undertones create an earthy warmth that lingers throughout the day.
Apply M7 with two sprays — the citrus opening is bright but fades within an hour. The woody base notes will develop over time and provide lasting warmth close to the skin. This fragrance works best in cooler environments where its earthy depth can truly shine.
