The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2012, La Nuit de l'Homme Frozen Cologne by Yves Saint Laurent is a Woody Spicy fragrance created by Dominique Ropion and Claire Liégent. The composition opens with the bright freshness of bergamot, mandarin orange, and Amalfi lemon, before transitioning to an aromatic heart of geranium and black pepper. This gives way to a warm and enveloping base of tonka bean, cashmere wood, Virginia cedar, vetiver, and vanilla, creating a scent that is both crisp and inviting.
This cologne is best applied in moderation. The bright top notes are fleeting, so aim for two light sprays to allow the woody base to unfold gradually throughout the day.
