Panda Edition 2017 by Zoologist Perfumes was crafted by perfumer Christian Carbonnel and launched in 2017, offering a distinctive blend of earthy, musky, and fruity notes. The composition opens with ozonic freshness and apple, transitioning to a heart of osmanthus, magnolia, and jasmine before settling into a warm base of patchouli, sandalwood, amber, and civet. This fragrance is neither overtly sweet nor overpowering; instead, it creates a harmonious balance between fresh green notes and woody-musky depths.
This fragrance is best applied directly to pulse points. The ozonic top notes are fleeting but refreshing, so layering it over skin allows the rich base notes to develop fully. It's ideal for a daytime wear when you want something fresh yet grounding.
