Launched in 2003 by Amouage, Eau d'Amouage is an Oriental Floral fragrance that merges the lush tropics with traditional Middle Eastern ingredients. The composition opens with tropical fruits like mango and papaya, balanced by a heart of peony and ylang-ylang, before settling into a base of vetiver, sandalwood, and amber. This blend creates a warm and inviting aroma that is both fresh and powdery, making it a distinctive addition to Amouage's portfolio.
Given its enormous sillage and eternal longevity, one generous spritz is all you need. This fragrance projects strongly from your skin, so it’s best applied sparingly to avoid overwhelming others. It pairs well with casual settings but can also lift a more formal occasion.
