Silver Man by Amouage, launched in 2002 and crafted by Evelyne Boulanger, is a Woody Floral Musk fragrance that embodies the brand's commitment to blending traditional Middle Eastern ingredients with contemporary perfumery techniques. The composition opens with bright citrus notes from bergamot and mandarin orange, which immediately give way to a lush floral heart featuring jasmine, orchid, ylang-ylang, and rose. These are complemented by powdery accords like heliotrope and musk, creating an intricate balance of sweetness and warmth. The base notes of incense, vetiver, sandalwood, patchouli, and amber add depth and longevity, ensuring that the scent evolves gracefully throughout the day.
