The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2020 and crafted by Dmitry Bortnikoff, Vetiver Nocturne Attar is an Oriental Fougere that weaves together earthy vetiver with aromatic cardamom and the warm embrace of ambergris. The composition opens with frangipani and neroli, creating a tropical floral brightness that contrasts beautifully with the woody depth of vetiver root and oakmoss. This interplay between fresh florals and rich woods is characteristic of Bortnikoff's dedication to rare and unusual materials.
Given its long-lasting nature, one or two sprays are sufficient to carry you through the evening. The fragrance blooms gradually, so applying it an hour before your desired moment allows the full depth to develop on skin.
