M Mink by Byredo was launched in 2010 and stands as a proof of the brand's commitment to translating memories into fragrances. Created by perfumer Jérôme Epinette, this scent combines aldehydic brightness with warm spices and patchouli for a complex and intriguing experience. The composition opens with an aldehydic note that feels crisp yet luxurious, before diving into layers of smoky honey and balsamic warmth. This fragrance is neither overly sweet nor too spicy; it strikes a balance between modernity and classic elegance, making it suitable for both day and night.
This fragrance has a strong projection thanks to its aldehydic top notes. One or two sprays will suffice as it develops quickly on skin. The balsamic warmth in the base notes takes about an hour to fully bloom, so layering is not necessary for most wearers.
