Eaux de Caron Pure, launched in 1996 by the storied French house of Caron, is a composition that perfectly balances freshness and warmth. The fragrance opens with bright citrus notes from bergamot and mandarin orange, providing an invigorating start. This is soon complemented by the spicy kick of nutmeg and the aromatic richness of Brazilian rosewood. At its heart, freesia and fruity notes add a delicate sweetness, while the base layers of cedar, guaiac wood, sandalwood, and powdery musk create a grounding warmth that lingers throughout the day.
Apply Eaux de Caron Pure in light layers to allow each note to unfold naturally. The citrus top notes are bright but fleeting, so it’s best used during daylight hours when you want a fresh and uplifting aroma.
