The story behind the bottle.
La Panthère Eau de Parfum Légère Édition Limitée by Cartier was launched in 2016, capturing the essence of French elegance and attention to detail that the house is known for. Created by perfumer Mathilde Laurent, this fragrance opens with a vibrant burst of citrus and green notes — tangerine and lime mingle with pear and jasmine, creating an energetic freshness. The heart evolves into a lush floral bouquet of gardenia, rose, and ylang-ylang, softened by the powdery warmth of aldehydes and orris root. As it settles, earthy moss and patchouli give way to musky undertones that add depth and sensuality.
Apply one or two sprays to pulse points. The citrus top notes are bright but fleeting, so allow it time for the warm florals and musk to emerge. It reads best close to skin rather than across a room, making it ideal for intimate settings.
