Monocle Scent Five: Syros by Comme des Garçons, launched in 2025 and created by Antoine Maisondieu, is a unisex parfum that embodies the brand's avant-garde spirit. The composition opens with fresh and warm spicy accords, which create an immediate sense of vibrancy and depth. As it develops, woody and earthy notes anchor the scent, providing warmth and grounding. Herbs add a subtle green freshness, rounding out the fragrance into something both contemporary and lasting.
Given its long-lasting nature, one to two sprays is sufficient. The moderate sillage means it reads best close to skin rather than filling a room. Ideal for nighttime wear when the earthy and woody base notes can fully envelop you.
