The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2015 and crafted by perfumer Olivier Cresp, Light Blue Sunset in Salina by Dolce&Gabbana captures the essence of an Italian summer evening. The fragrance opens with a vibrant green accord from violet leaf and yellow freesia, before transitioning into the floral heart notes of orange blossom and jasmine. These are anchored by a warm, musky base that includes amber and white musk, creating a harmonious blend that evokes the sun-soaked island of Salina.
Apply this fragrance in light layers to allow its green and floral top notes to unfold gradually over time. The musky base will develop slowly, making it perfect for a long evening under the stars.
