Launched in 1998 and crafted by Michel Girard, Extravagance d'Amarige by Givenchy is a Floral Green fragrance that embodies the house's signature blend of French elegance and American glamour. The composition opens with a vibrant interplay between green mandarin and nettle, creating an initial burst of freshness. This gives way to a heart rich in floral notes like marigold, orange blossom, wisteria, and jasmine, supported by the sweetness of strawberry. The base, anchored by cedar, sandalwood, iris, and amber, offers a warm and balsamic finish that grounds the fragrance with sophistication.
Apply Extravagance d'Amarige with two sprays for the most balanced experience. The fresh top notes will dissipate within an hour, but the base notes will linger throughout the day, making it ideal for daytime wear. Avoid layering with overpowering scents to preserve its intricate balance.
