Givenchy pour Homme, launched in 2002 by perfumers Alberto Morillas and Ilias Ermenidis, offers a modern take on classic elegance. The fragrance opens with bright citrus notes of mandarin orange and grapefruit, creating an immediate freshness that is both crisp and inviting. As the scent evolves, lavender extract and coriander lend a subtle aromatic warmth, while vetiver and cedar bring depth and earthy stability. This balance between fresh and woody elements makes it feel like two fragrances in one.
Givenchy pour Homme is best applied in two pulses. The initial bright citrus notes fade within an hour, so reapply once to keep the aromatic warmth and woodsy base prominent throughout the day.
