The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2020 by Givenchy, Sans Merci is an Oriental Woody fragrance created by perfumer Fabrice Pellegrin. This composition blends aromatic and green notes with fruity accents, balsamic warmth, woody depth, earthy undertones, and a touch of sweetness. The interplay between the crisp, fresh top notes and the rich, enveloping base creates a dynamic olfactory experience that feels both modern and lasting.
Apply Sans Merci in light layers — two sprays are sufficient. The aromatic and green top notes fade within a couple of hours, but the balsamic and woody base notes linger throughout the day. It is best suited for daytime wear when the fresh opening complements an office environment.
