Launched in 2013 by Guerlain, Eau de Cologne Impériale Edition 160 Anniversaire is a vibrant and fresh composition crafted by perfumer Thierry Wasser. This cologne opens with an invigorating blend of lemon, bergamot, and petitgrain, creating a bright and uplifting atmosphere. The heart notes of neroli and rosemary add depth and complexity, while the base of tonka bean and cedar provides a warm, woody finish that rounds out the fragrance. This edition celebrates Guerlain’s rich heritage with a modern twist, combining traditional accords with contemporary elegance.
This cologne is best applied in light layers; one or two sprays are enough for it to linger without overpowering. The citrus top notes fade quickly, so reapply during the day if you want a consistent aroma. It pairs well with lighter activities and daytime wear.
