Jicky Limited Edition 2019 by Guerlain is a reimagining of the house's iconic original from 1889. Perfumers Delphine Jelk and Thierry Wasser have crafted this Oriental Fougere with a vibrant citrus-aromatic opening that gives way to a warm, powdery base. Rosemary and lemon meet bergamot and mandarin orange in the top notes, while lavender adds a fresh spicy touch. The heart of jasmine and tonka bean transitions seamlessly into an amber and vanilla-infused woody base, grounded by leather and palisander rosewood.
Apply this fragrance in thin layers to allow each note to develop fully over time. The citrus opening is bright but fades quickly, so layering it can help maintain that initial freshness throughout the day. The powdery base notes will carry the scent for hours, making it perfect for evening wear.
