AmbergrisPremium · $100–250Composition & Character
The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 1973, Ambergris by Houbigant is a distinctive blend of aromatic aquatic notes that transport you to the edge of the sea. The fragrance opens with salty and marine accords that evoke the freshness of ocean air, while an animalic undertone adds depth and complexity. A warm balsamic base rounds out the composition, creating a rich blend that feels both earthy and ethereal.
Apply one to two sprays and let the scent develop naturally — the marine top notes will give way to a warm balsamic base over time. This fragrance is best enjoyed close to skin rather than diffused through a room.
