Launched in 2019, L'Eau D'Issey Pure Petale de Nectar by Issey Miyake is a harmonious blend of honey and rose, crafted by perfumers Dominique Ropion and Claire Liégent. The fragrance opens with the sweetness of honey and pear, creating an immediate sense of warmth and comfort. This leads into a heart of rose that adds a touch of sophistication and elegance. The base notes of sandalwood, cashmere wood, and ambergris provide a grounding effect, balancing the composition with their woody and slightly aquatic undertones.
This fragrance blooms best when applied to pulse points. The honey and pear top notes are vibrant but short-lived, so layering it over a light moisturizer can help extend their presence. For lasting warmth, let it settle for an hour before stepping out.
