Who Wears It
The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2011 by Jean Paul Gaultier, Le Male Terrible Shaker is a composition that balances the freshness of citrus and aromatic notes with the warmth of amber and vanilla. Perfumer Aurélien Guichard crafted this Oriental Fougère fragrance to be unisex, capturing both crispness and comfort. Grapefruit and pink pepper open the scent with a burst of energy before lavender and vetiver add depth and complexity. The base of amber and vanilla rounds out the composition with a cozy warmth.
Apply a generous spritz to your pulse points — the citrus notes are bright but fade quickly. The base of amber and vanilla will carry through the day, so a heavier application ensures you catch the full transition from fresh to warm.
