Who Wears It
The story behind the bottle.
Al Oudh by L'Artisan Parfumeur was launched in 2009 and crafted by perfumer Bertrand Duchaufour. This Oriental Spicy fragrance is a rich blend of warm spices, sweet fruits, and deep woods, blending notes like cardamom, dates, and agarwood (oud). The composition opens with the freshness of pink pepper and caraway before settling into an amber base layered with leather and incense. It's neither strictly masculine nor feminine but offers a unisex experience that is both warm and enigmatic.
Apply Al Oudh directly to pulse points for maximum warmth. The fragrance blooms over time, with the oud and leather notes becoming more pronounced as the day progresses. It pairs well with cooler weather but can also be enjoyed year-round, depending on your preference.
