Launched in 2007 by Lacoste Fragrances, Hot Play is a Woody Aromatic fragrance for men that captures the essence of fresh and spicy contrasts. The composition opens with the bright zest of yuzu, pepper, and nutmeg before transitioning into a heart of papyrus and ivy, infusing the scent with a green freshness. Freesia adds a floral touch, balancing the warmth of musk and guaiac wood in the base notes. This fragrance marries the crispness of citrus and the richness of woody accords, making it both invigorating and enduring.
One or two sprays are enough — the yuzu and pepper top notes are bright but fleeting. The woody base develops over time, so applying it shortly before an event will ensure you catch its full depth. This fragrance is best suited for daytime to evening transitions.
