Who Wears It
The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2006 and crafted by perfumer Aurélien Guichard, Touch of Sun by Lacoste Fragrances is a vibrant chypre fruity fragrance that captures the essence of summer. The opening notes of grapefruit and bergamot bring a refreshing zing, while peony and jasmine add soft floral layers. The heart of rose introduces a touch of romance, leading into a warm base of sandalwood, musk, and vetiver. This composition offers an inviting balance between freshness and warmth, making it perfect for those sunny moments.
One or two sprays are sufficient to capture the essence of Touch of Sun. The grapefruit and bergamot top notes are particularly vibrant but fade after a couple of hours, giving way to the more enduring rose and woody base notes. This fragrance pairs well with warmer weather when its sunny character can shine through.
