The story behind the bottle.

Scentsation editorial

Launched in 1971 by Lanvin and crafted by Jacques Fraysse, Via Lanvin is a Floral Green fragrance that blends the crispness of green notes with a warm, powdery heart. The aldehydes and bergamot provide an initial freshness, giving way to floral nuances like violet, narcissus, and jasmine. This composition is underpinned by earthy accords such as oak moss, vetiver, and sandalwood, creating a rich blend that feels both modern and lasting.

How to wear it

One or two sprays is sufficient to capture its full essence. The aldehydes and bergamot are bright but fleeting, so give it time for the floral heart and earthy base to unfold. Best suited for daytime wear, where its fresh and warm notes can complement a variety of settings.
