HeartThe Soul
The story behind the bottle.
Aoud Violet by Mancera, launched in 2014 and crafted by Pierre Montale, is an intriguing blend of earthy woods and floral nuances that create a complex yet harmonious fragrance. The composition opens with green notes and bergamot, providing a fresh, vibrant entry before transitioning into the heart where violet and spices mingle. At its core, patchouli, agarwood (oud), and vetiver anchor the scent with their rich, earthy tones, while moss and amber add depth and warmth.
Aoud Violet is best applied in small amounts and allowed to develop naturally on the skin. The green and citrus top notes fade within an hour, so apply a second time if you wish for them to be more prominent. The scent reads better close to the skin rather than diffusing across a room, making it ideal for intimate settings.
