The story behind the bottle.
Aqua Wood by Mancera was launched in 2020 and is an Oriental Floral fragrance for unisex wear. Created by Pierre Montale, this composition opens with a vibrant burst of pear and citruses, creating a fresh and fruity aromatic profile. The heart notes introduce Indian ginger and Turkish rose, adding warmth and complexity to the scent. As it settles into a base of patchouli leaf, amber, white musk, benzoin, and incense, Aqua Wood evolves into an enveloping blend that feels both grounding and uplifting.
Aqua Wood projects well from the skin but takes about an hour to fully bloom. Start with two sprays — the initial citrus-pear top notes fade within a couple of hours, making way for the more complex heart and base accords that carry it through the day.
