Michael Kors White, launched in 2014 and crafted by perfumer Frank Voelkl, embodies the essence of modern elegance with its blend of white floral notes over a rich aldehydic backdrop. The fragrance opens with a fresh, crisp bouquet of freesia and ylang-ylang, enhanced by green notes and violet leaves, creating an initial impression of purity and lightness. As it develops, Egyptian jasmine and tuberose add depth and complexity, while the base of white musk, cedar, vanilla, tonka bean, and amber grounds the composition with warmth and sensuality.
Apply this fragrance in light layers to allow the top notes to evolve naturally. The aldehydic freshness lasts for about an hour before giving way to the floral heart and warm base notes. It’s best suited for evening wear when you want a scent that evolves throughout the night.
