Aoud Melody by Montale was launched in 2014 and is a Leather fragrance for both men and women. Crafted by Pierre Montale, this composition opens with elemi and saffron, creating an aromatic warmth that soon gives way to the rich complexity of agarwood (oud). The heart notes of rose and jasmine add floral depth before settling into a base of leather, amber, sandalwood, and musk — a balsamic and powdery blend that is both comforting and sophisticated. Pierre Montale’s expertise in blending high-quality natural materials shines through here, capturing the mysterious charm of the East with an unmistakable French elegance.
A single spritz is enough — this fragrance builds slowly on the skin over time. The aromatic top notes are brief but impactful, while the base notes continue to evolve for hours. Best suited for evenings or cooler weather when its warmth can be fully appreciated.
