The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2013, Hamdani by Parfums de Marly is an Oriental Woody fragrance crafted by perfumer Fabrice Pellegrin. The composition opens with the warm and resinous notes of olibanum and myrrh, creating a rich, incense-like aroma that is both smoky and balsamic. This leads into a heart of guaiac wood and honey, adding depth and sweetness before settling into a base of leather, tobacco, and sandalwood that reads as warm and animalic. The result is a fragrance that feels like an intimate embrace of the senses.
Apply lightly to pulse points — this parfum concentration is potent enough that a little goes a long way. The smoky base notes develop slowly over time, so allow it to settle into your skin for at least an hour before stepping out.
