Roja Dove launched Apex in 2022 as a sophisticated Leather fragrance that seamlessly blends fresh and spicy accords with rich, woody undertones. The composition opens with bright citrus notes like bergamot and lemon, which cut through the warmth of cypress and pine needles. As it evolves, a heart of jasmine and patchouli adds depth, while oakmoss and leather create an earthy, almost rugged atmosphere. The base layers in ambergris and sandalwood for a lasting warmth that feels both modern and lasting.
Apex develops its full character over time, so applying it with a light hand allows the layers to emerge naturally. The citrus top notes are bright but fleeting, making way for the rich amber and musk base that lingers on skin throughout the day.

The Professeur de ParfumRoja Dove, born Roger Bird in 1956 in Sussex, was captivated by scent from childhood, later abandoning a medicine degree at Cambridge after a visit to the Guerlain boutique in Paris changed the course of his life.
