Enigma Parfum d'Or by Roja Dove is a fragrance that captures the essence of contradiction and complexity. The top note of bergamot introduces a fresh citrus vibrancy that quickly gives way to a heart filled with rose, heliotrope, ylang-ylang, jasmine, geranium, and neroli — floral notes that are both delicate and assertive. The base combines musk, ambergris, orris root, sandalwood, patchouli, and vanilla absolute, creating a warm and enveloping foundation. This composition oscillates between freshness and warmth, lightness and depth, making it a true enigma.
Start with one spray to allow the fresh citrus top notes to settle. The heart and base notes will gradually unfold over time, so it’s best applied in the morning for full effect throughout the day.

The Professeur de ParfumRoja Dove, born Roger Bird in 1956 in Sussex, was captivated by scent from childhood, later abandoning a medicine degree at Cambridge after a visit to the Guerlain boutique in Paris changed the course of his life.
