The story behind the bottle.
Roja Dove launched Enigma in 2013 as an Oriental Floral fragrance that balances powdery warmth with sweet florals and woody depth. The composition opens with bright notes of bergamot, neroli, and peach before transitioning into a heart of rose, ylang-ylang, jasmine, and heliotrope. This is followed by a base of vanilla, musk, ambergris, sandalwood, patchouli, and orris root that reads as enveloping and comforting yet complex enough to maintain intrigue.
Apply one to two sprays — the sweet top notes are bright but fleeting. The base notes bloom over time, so it’s best suited for moments when you want a fragrance that evolves throughout the day.

The Professeur de ParfumRoja Dove, born Roger Bird in 1956 in Sussex, was captivated by scent from childhood, later abandoning a medicine degree at Cambridge after a visit to the Guerlain boutique in Paris changed the course of his life.
