Danger by Roja Dove, launched in 2011, is an Oriental fragrance that defies easy categorization with its complex interplay of notes. The opening burst of lemon verbena and bergamot cuts through the air like a sharp summer breeze, while ylang-ylang and gardenia soon weave a warm floral blend. As it settles, sandalwood, vanilla, and orris root create a powdery, woody base that feels both comforting and slightly mysterious.
Apply Danger lightly — the citrus top notes are bright but fleeting. The floral and woody base takes time to bloom, so it’s best worn close to the skin for a more intimate experience. Avoid hot weather; its warmth is better suited to cooler evenings.
