The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 1992 by Shiseido, Féminité du Bois Eau Timide was created by perfumers Christopher Sheldrake and Pierre Bourdon. This Oriental Floral fragrance is a delicate balance of woody warmth and subtle fruity sweetness, anchored by the rich depth of honey and beeswax. The composition opens with the fresh, juicy notes of peach and plum before transitioning to a heart of rose, orange blossom, and violet, which are then enveloped in a base of cedar, sandalwood, and musk. This fragrance is not just a scent but an evocation of warmth and intimacy.
Féminité du Bois Eau Timide has a gentle sillage that builds close to the skin. Apply one to two sprays on pulse points for a lasting warmth without overpowering presence. It pairs well with cooler evenings, where its powdery and woody notes provide a comforting embrace.
