Ginza, launched by Shiseido in 2021 and crafted by perfumers Karine Dubreuil-Sereni and Maïa Lernout, is a Floral Fruity fragrance that encapsulates the vibrant yet refined essence of Tokyo's upscale district. The composition opens with pomegranate and pink pepper, adding a fresh spicy element to the mix. This leads into a heart of orchid, freesia, magnolia, and jasmine, creating a lush floral bouquet. The base notes of patchouli, hinoki, and sandalwood ground the fragrance with their woody warmth, resulting in an aroma that is both uplifting and comforting.
Apply Ginza to pulse points for an immediate burst of freshness from the top notes. The woody base will gradually come into its own after about an hour, so a second light spritz midway through the day can enhance its warmth.
