Launched in 2009 by Tom Ford and crafted by perfumer Shyamala Maisondieu, Musk Pure is a Floral Woody Musk fragrance for women. The composition opens with a powdery and musky accord that quickly transitions into the warmth of amber and beeswax, creating an enveloping cocoon of softness and depth. This fragrance leans on white floral and yellow floral notes to add a touch of sweetness and elegance, while iris lends a subtle earthiness that keeps the scent grounded yet luxurious.
One or two sprays are sufficient as the musk and powdery notes project well. Apply to pulse points for a lasting effect throughout the day. The fragrance blooms best close to the skin, so avoid heavy layering.
