Ombre Leather 16 by Tom Ford was launched in 2016 and is a creation of perfumer Sonia Constant. This unisex fragrance opens with an ozonic freshness that contrasts sharply with its deep, animalic undertones, setting the stage for a complex interplay between light and shadow. The leather note is both rich and modern, anchored by warm spicy accords and earthy patchouli, creating a scent that feels as much like an urban landscape at night as it does a finely crafted artisanal leather good.
Apply Ombre Leather 16 in thin layers — it blooms slowly over time and can become too intense if layered heavily. The ozonic top notes dissipate within an hour, but the warm spicy base lingers much longer, making this ideal for evening or cooler weather.
