Launched in 2015 by Vertus, Rose Prive is a chypre floral composition that balances the warmth of woody and spicy accords with the delicate charm of rose and fruity notes. The fragrance opens with saffron and melon, creating an intriguing contrast between the rich saffron and the fresh melon. This gives way to a heart of rose and orris, supported by cashmere wood and ginger, which brings a subtle warmth without overpowering the floral essence. The base notes of amber, patchouli, and vanilla provide a grounding comfort that lingers throughout the day.
Apply Rose Prive with one or two sprays on pulse points. The saffron and melon top notes are fleeting but impactful, so layering the fragrance will ensure that the heart and base notes have time to develop fully throughout the day.
